This Privacy Policies is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and Professional Service Contract of www.GlobeMarked.com.ar website and its related websites.
Definitions used in this Privacy Policies:
USER: People who enter and use the website www.globemarked.com.ar or any of it related sites, regardless of whether they are registered on the WEBSITE. It is also understood USER as the owner or representative of the owner that request the services provided by GLOBEMARKED. The representative is understood that is expressly authorized by the owner to provide GLOBEMARKED of the information required and application services on its behalf.

GLOBEMARKED LLC: Is a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, under number 6009377, which offers services on the website. It is also who manages the website.
GLOBEMARKED for the purposes of carrying out the services offered requires knowledge of information of the person that enters to the WEBSITE and create an account in order to request a professional service on their own behalf; and in case a service is required on behalf of a third party other than the applicant. The information and/or documentation can be of a physic person and / or legal person.
This information consist in requiring information on the name of the person or company name, identity card, personal or corporate identification by country, national origin, marital status, place of residence or registered office , contact information. Also in case of a Company we require information and / or documentation related to its constitution and its current authorities. This statement is by way of example without being exhaustive.. GLOBEMARKED will not require its USER information about political, ideological, sexual, religious and / or racial inclination.
The USER also has to provide GLOBEMARKED information related to the trademark or the rights to be protected, including products, services, or other characteristics related to these rights. It is also required, if applicable, in sending the figurative elements that comprise the rights intended to protect by the USER.
GLOBEMARKED has established in its privacy policies the information that should be required to USERS and ways to protect that information, showing the commitment of confidentiality with our USER. These privacy policies are applied to the collection and delivery of any kind of information.
The information provided by USERS is kept and protected by GLOBEMARKED in safe locations, which can only access GLOBEMARKED´s staff. The information disclosed to third parties or CORRESPONDENTS is only the necessary and sufficient to comply the contracted services at the Trademark Offices. The information required by GLOBEMARKED is only for the purpose of fulfilling the services requested by our USERS.
The USER authorizes GLOBEMARKED to make contact to provide additional services. If the USER does not wish to receive information from GLOBEMARKED he/she or it can communicate to express their wishes via e-mail.
GLOBEMARKED agrees to use the information provided only for the purposes indicated above. This commitment means that information will not be sold, disclosed or transferred to third parties.
