To use our services you have to follow these steps:

STEP 1: You should have or create an account on GLOBEMARKED

First you have to create a user account. It is a personal account and only you have the access keyword. Through your user account you will be able to register your trademark in your country and in any country you want over the world, you can check the state of your trademark throughout the registration process and manage your registrations.

STEP 2: Choose the country where you want to register your Trademark

Once you have your personal account, you have to select the country where you want to register your trademark.

There you will found information about the characteristics of the registration process in the country chosen and it costs, which vary by country.

STEP 3: You have to complete information from trademark titleholder

Then you will have to fill the data of the trademark titleholder. You can be yourself or a third party that required you to perform the procedure on your behalf.

That is why in your user account you have a section called "profiles", in order to save data from third parties trademark owners, so you won’t need to reload when you make other registrations in the future.

If the trademark will be registered in your name, you must indicate that option.

STEP 4: Inform Trademark Data

Overcame that instance, you have to indicate the name of the trademark and the classes you want to register.

You can read the list of classes to find out and get information about the classes in which you have to register. If you can´t find in the list the item you need or if you have any questions, you can write us at info@globemarked.com.ar indicating the activity in which your trademark will be used. If your trademark has a logo and you want to protect it, you have to attach and send it to us.

STEP 5: Payment

Once it is elected the country where you want to register and completed all titleholder and trademark details, you have to proceed with payment.

The registration fee varies depending on the country you have chosen to register, you can also see that in some countries the trademark with logo has an additional cost, and in all cases the final cost is determined by the number of classes in what you want to protect your trademark.

After the payment is made, GLOBEMARKED starts the process of registration of your trademark.

STEP 6: Complete information and missing documentation to continue registration process

Then, according the country you have chosen, we will contact you to complete information or to request documentation that we need within the time limits specified in order to continue or initiate the registration process.

STEP 7: Expect news that will inform

Initiated the process, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Also you can check your GLOBEMARKED account to verify the status of trademark registration process.
